These lead times are given as a guide only and 'Made By LGM' is not responsible or liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, service continuity disruptions or high demand.
Customers may pay by the following methods:
Material displayed on the Site may be downloaded for non-commercial, personal use only. Permission is granted specific on the maintenance of the copyright and other proprietary notices contained on the materials. The distribution, transmission, modification, re-use or reporting of the contents of the Site, for public or commercial purposes, including the text, images, audio, and video, is not permitted without the written permission of Made By LGM. Materials displayed on the Site are either the property of, or used with permission of the copyright holders. The use of these materials is prohibited unless specifically permitted by these Terms and Conditions or specific permission is provided on the Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes
The Made By LGM trademark is protected under international law.
Additional costs are as shown with the price of goods or services ordered. There are no additional taxes to pay as I am not VAT registered.
Non-Receipt Of Items
If you have not received your items you must let me know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once I know you have not received your item I will investigate the matter with my carriers. Unfortunately, I cannot investigate non-receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, I ask that you report it to me within 48 hours. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back I'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival (due to poor workmanship), you have 14 calendar days in which to inform me of the fault. This excludes items which are an incorrect size due to incorrect measurements being given (See below). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once I have verified the fault, I'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items that are Incorrectly Sized
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they supply the correct measurements for their covers. I cannot accept returns for products that have been made to the specifications and dimensions given, but that do not subsequently fit the couch or chair they were made for due to incorrect measurements.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered I can only cancel and refund your order if work has not yet started on the order.

On-Line Dispute Resolution
If I am unable to resolve your problem or complaint, and you reside in an EU member state other than the UK, then you may attempt to resolve the issue using the Online Dispute Resolution website.
'Made By LGM' will not be held liable for any lack of continuity of the services provided, nor for any losses or circumstances arising from lack of service continuity.
All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal. 'Made By LGM' cannot be held responsible for fraudulent or misuse of credit cards or credit card information.
